Thank you for supporting Sound & Salutations and choosing ritual goods created with intention. Each physical offering is prepared in small batches, and every order is packed with care. These policies help me create a shop that is sustainable for the planet, supportive of my creative practice and respectful of the care required to prepare each offering.

Physical Order Minimum

A $20 minimum purchase is required for shipped physical orders

This minimum does not apply to:

* Digital products

* Services or reservations

* Local pickup orders - No order minimum - Free Pick-Up

* In-person purchases at pop-up events

Weekly Shipping Schedule

Physical orders are packed and shipped weekly on Wednesdays. Orders placed after the weekly processing cutoff (Tuesday’s at 5pm CT) may ship the following Wednesday. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been prepared for shipment. Please allow additional processing time during launches, holidays, severe weather or periods of unusually high order volume. Free pick-up in Rock Island, IL, 7 days per week.

Sustainable Packaging

Whenever possible, your order will be packed using recycled, reused, and repurposed shipping materials. This may include clean boxes, mailers, tissue paper, protective wrapping and packing materials that have been given another life. Your package may not always arrive in brand-new shipping materials, but every reused shipping item will be clean, secure and selected to protect your purchase. Choosing to reuse packaging helps reduce waste and supports a more restorative and environmentally mindful shop practice.

Handmade and One-of-a-Kind Goods

Many Sound & Salutations offerings are handmade, hand-selected or created with natural materials. Slight variations in color, shape, texture, size and appearance are part of what makes each piece unique. Hand-rolled beeswax candles, poured candles, crystals, botanicals and vintage components may vary due to natural components.
