Enjoy a downloadable customized 15 minute guided meditation curated for your personal practice with a one of a kind instrumental accompaniment. Please note in the "Add Your Message" section during check-out what type focus (intention setting) you would like for your meditation. If you are open to an intuitively chosen meditation intention, type "Siri's Choice". Your meditation will include a personalized message, which will include your name as well as a guided cues specific to you. Example of meditation offerings: 1. Self-Love 2. Attitude of Gratitude 3. Mindfulness 4. Compassion 5. Overcoming Impostor Syndrome Reserving your Guided Meditation: The calendar date and time you select is when I will record your meditation. You will receive your recording via email within 48hrs of the date and time you select. This allows me time to record your high quality audio guided meditation with your specific intention in mind. Please indicate in the notes section if there is a specific intention or focus you would like to set for our practice.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the complex recording nature of recording the downloads, there are no cancelations or refunds for Personalized Sound Bath or Personalized Guided Meditation Downloads. The recording process begins promptly after your reservation is placed.
