Cancellation Policy
Examples of crystal options that can be sourced for you: Agate, Carnelian, Quartz, Dioptase, Labradorite, etc. (shapes, free-forms, towers, tumbles...) Refund Policy: Each curated collection is sourced with care and intention based on your unique energy and consultation. Because the sourcing process begins immediately after our session, all sales are final and non-refundable. While every precaution will be taken for your crystals to arrive safely, if your crystals arrive damaged, please contact me immediately for a replacement. Rescheduling Policy: Consultations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you. However, cancellations are not permitted after this timeframe, and a no-show will forfeit your session without refund.
