Surround Sound at Skylark

Surround Sound is an invitation to release some of what the previous week carried, settle your nervous system, and create spaciousness before the next week begins. Join Siri Lorece for an immersive sound bath and guided meditation, with guest musicians joining to weave in additional live, atmospheric sound into the experience. Expect layered vibrations, intentional stillness, and just enough time to help you ground.

Come cozy: Bring your yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye mask, or whatever helps you get comfortable. Some comfort companions will be provided, but they are usually claimed quickly.

Each gathering includes:

• An immersive sound bath featuring guest musicians and artists

• Guided meditation

• Complimentary herbal tea - Please bring a mug from home to enjoy tea
